Jessica Pankratz, Realtor
Linn County and Benton County, OR

I am a full-time professional realtor and am associated with Town & Country Realty in Albany, Oregon.  I am focusing my real estate services on the Mid-Valley since I grew up and went to school in Albany and Corvallis, and even though I spent over 20 years in California, I am very happy to be back in Oregon!

I moved back from Marin County, California in January of 2005 where I had been a full-time realtor with the Greenbrae office of Frank Howard Allen Realtors since 1995. You can see my Marin County realtor web site here.

In Marin I had been a member of the Marin Association of Realtors since 1995 and in 1999 was appointed to the Professional Standards Committee. In 2001, I received the President's Bronze Award of Distinction and in 2004, I received the President's Silver Award of Distinction.

I love my job and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I meet wonderful people and share in great experiences I wouldn't have with any other profession. Every day is different. The excitement I share with first-time buyers when they close on their new house or the thrill for a seller when they accept a great offer are very significant parts of my life. To assist people with one of the largest financial transactions in their lives, and to do it well is very important to me.

I love the beautiful scenery in Linn and Benton Counties!

My family moved to North Albany in 1967. I attended Oak Grove Elementary, North Albany Junior High and graduated from West Albany in 1979. After attending OSU and PSU, I moved to California where I lived and traveled for the past 20+ years. I am currently living in downtown Albany with my "flock" of 22 birds and two goldfish.

I feel it's important to be involved in my community, to be aware of what is happening and to contribute back in both time and money.  My return to Albany has allowed me to become more involved than I thought possible. I am currently the Program Director for the Greater Albany Rotary Club, and a member of the Board of Directors for the ABC House, Albany Partnership for Housing and Community Development and Safe Haven Humane Society. I recently received the 2007 Volunteer of the Year for Special Services for the Linn County Sheriff's Office where I am developing a Pandemic Flu Plan to keep the Sheriff's Office, it's employees and their families safe in the event of a pandemic.  I am currently in the middle of the Leadership Development class sponsored by the Ford Family Foundation where I'm networking with community leaders of East Linn County as we learn to enhance the vitality of rural communities.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you need help buying or selling a home in the Mid-Valley.  I would love to help you find your dream home in this beautiful part of Oregon!
